Ferienhof Severin

The farm keeps our children busy, from helping with the daily animal feeding to bouncing on the big trampoline in the barn. There's also a sandpit and slide, basketball hoops, a soccer field, comfortable places to sit, and plenty of other activities, so it works for all ages. The sea is only a few minutes away by car. This was our third visit to the Severin family's farm, and we had another wonderful time. Heike gives guests a warm welcome and is happy to answer questions. The apartment has everything we need and is very clean and well-kept. We'll be back. Thanks for another lovely stay!

With a car, shops and other places are just minutes away, and even the shops in nearby Büsum open on Sundays. That meant we didn't have to bring groceries for the first few days. The children found the stay different and really enjoyed it. We had a lovely holiday, though there were wasps in our room. After the second night, the owners moved us to another apartment, which solved the problem. They were friendly and helpful. The closest train station is a bit of a drive, and it was under construction during our stay, so we had to rely on the car.

For the last three years, the whole family, especially the kids, have been looking forward to coming back here. It's a relaxing place for families. You can open the door and let the children outside for fresh air, and it's quiet apart from the postman. The farm animals are friendly with guests but don't pester them. There are clear rules to follow, which is fair enough. The apartments have what you need and a little extra, as anyone who's stayed in Denmark will know. You can cook, eat out, or order takeout, and drinks are available on-site. There are plenty of nearby places to visit too, though having a car makes getting around easier.

The feeding times were really fun, and I especially liked the cat machine. There were also two cute dogs who greeted us in the morning. It's a nice farm for a holiday and still a great place overall, though one of our rooms had stains on the wall and ceiling.
