The meal itself was quite nice, but the evening was a real letdown. We'd booked the huttenabend event weeks ahead, yet ended up sharing a table with other people in a separate area where we couldn't see the live performances. The waitress seemed stressed and was curt and unfriendly. Since it was busy, our food didn't all come together, and one of us had finished before the last person got their meal. I don't understand why the restaurant hadn't planned better for the number of guests. This was my third year visiting the restaurant here, and the first time I've been disappointed. I used to really like it, but this year the experience was ruined.

After a pleasant walk in the mountains, we stopped for drinks and something sweet. The atmosphere was warm, and the staff were very friendly. Everything tasted great and seemed high quality.

Good food and a lovely view at a very nice hotel.

Glaphof had always been a reliable choice for outstanding Bavarian food in Reit, so I was curious how it would be at the new location. The food is still just as good, and the setting feels more contemporary. Don't miss this restaurant when in Reit im Winkl!

There's a fantastic panoramic view along the hiking trail, and the food and service were good. We had great fun there too.
