We were four adults and two children, and we'd gladly come back anytime. The chalet feels like a dream, with stylish wooden charm alongside modern design. Everything seemed brand new and untouched. There aren't blackout curtains, though that wasn't a big deal for us. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were wastebaskets in the bathroom.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the surroundings are peaceful and charming. Still, we couldn't really relax because the rooms had no way to block out light. Streetlights and passing cars shone in at night. The large wooden sunshades didn't help, and kept shifting in the wind because they couldn't be secured. There were no bathroom trash cans either, though the property management did sort that out for us. The advertised internet speed of up to 200 Mbps didn't work at all, and it took four days for management to send a technician. This should have been checked before guests arrived. The owner should fix these issues quickly if the property is to remain available for rent. We give the Chalet holiday apartment on the Lofer River 2 stars. It was clearly very new and in its first rental season.

The layout is spacious and all on one level, with two identical bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an extra guest toilet. Opaque curtains were installed. It's in a very quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac.
