The accommodation and service were good. A few things to know: payment is cash only, there's a 30 euro final cleaning fee, and whichever breakfast you select is served throughout your stay at the host's house. They only offer dry food, and the amount is limited.

We've spent quite a few holidays at this lovely family-run bed and breakfast. Everything is practical and arranged with so much care for the details. There's an indoor pool, a sauna, a nice breakfast room, and a small selection of drinks and snacks. It's very close to the Reit im Winkl cross-country ski stadium and Segatterl, so skiers and hikers have a great starting point for activities. A special thank you to everyone who works here and rents out the rooms. They're always friendly and attentive, and they make everyone's stay nicer with so much heart. ♥️

The town center, with its restaurants and shops, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Cross-country ski trails begin at the "Festsaal" (festival hall), just a few steps from the house, and the ski bus stops there too. There's also a small indoor pool and a cozy sauna. We had a wonderful time at the "Tanneck" guesthouse in Reit im Winkl. The house feels warm and cozy, with an Alpine atmosphere that made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. Our room was small, very clean, and completely comfortable. Its balcony had a magnificent view of the town and mountains. Mr. Mählenhoff and his team were attentive and incredibly hospitable. Breakfast left nothing to be desired either. The "Tanneck" guesthouse gets our highest recommendation. We'll definitely be back, and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! ☆☆☆☆☆

We booked our flight and the whole trip weeks ahead, but just three days before we were due to arrive in February, we were told we couldn't come. There was no plausible explanation, and it was right in the middle of peak season. Finding somewhere else to stay at such short notice was extremely difficult, and the stress was enormous. This was completely unprofessional. We absolutely can't recommend this accommodation.

We were able to do so much from there, and Mr. Mählenhoff always had great tips for us. The room, the view, the staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. It was simply a dream, without exception. I can't say enough about how perfect the vacation was. We'll remember it fondly and will definitely come back. :) Alina and Tim
