We always stay at this house whenever we're in the area. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, the hostess is friendly, and it's comfortable throughout. Everything feels just right, and a holiday here is hard to top.

We've been coming since 2003, and it's always wonderful. The hosts make guests their priority, and their service makes you feel completely at ease. Everything is practical while still feeling genuinely Bavarian and cozy. We'll be back. Thank you.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in a beautiful, clean apartment. Everything was within walking distance, and the location was great. The hostess was very friendly. We'll definitely come back.

The location is great, and our clean, lovely room had a wonderful view. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the vacation home felt very cozy, thanks in part to the lovely hostess. A tip for anyone with a special request like gluten-free breakfast: let the owner know ahead of time, and they'll definitely accommodate it. Thanks so much for that. Booking directly with the owner may also save you a few euros compared with other websites. Highly recommended.

The Schmiederer house is in a great spot on a side street. The ski bus stop, cross-country track, and hiking trail are all just 30 meters away. The hosts' warm hospitality was wonderful, and cleanliness and comfort clearly matter to them. We'll be back!
