The team were all great and really helpful, and the hotel welcomes families and pets. We came for the second time at Christmas, and the atmosphere was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, with great food at the restaurants and delicious cocktails at the bar. We also enjoyed the spa and pool area, especially the outdoor pool while it was snowing. The town is lovely, with shops and cafés, plus a Winter Market and stalls selling warm drinks in winter. There's a sledding slope within walking distance, and we had loads of fun in the snow. The hotel team also promptly helped us get back a laptop we left in the room and a gold necklace we forgot in the Spa. Thank you so much!

We came for wellness and hiking and weren't disappointed. The staff made hospitality feel effortless, and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in mid-November, and the room was spacious and luxurious, with great attention to detail. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the Alps was a beautiful experience.

I'd return in a heartbeat. Room 109 had loads of space and seating, a double sink, a good shower and thoughtful touches like chocolate by the bed. The in-room bar was reasonably priced. The wellness facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor jacuzzi, an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor sauna at 60 degrees and an outdoor Finnish sauna at, I think, 100 degrees. There are also a tea room, hot steam room and cool steam room, plus a lawn for sunbathing. The one small downside was check-in, which took forever because of all the bureaucracy, so four stars for service.

Everyone was kind and professional and made us feel valued throughout our stay. We enjoyed the spa and the lovely surroundings, and the breakfast was impressive. Dinner was superb too. Our room was modern yet traditional, very clean and convenient, with a lovely view. I did promise the lady at the counter a positive review, and this was a great hotel to finish our summer holidays.

The spa is spread across two levels, which might have bothered me if I'd come for a spa holiday. Our room was clean, with a modern bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide selection; if anything was missing, staff were ready to help. We didn't try dinner because we wanted to explore other restaurants, but the menu looked excellent and the half-board price seemed very reasonable. This is what a four-star hotel should be, and I really enjoyed the stay.
