Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach, LUXURY FAMILY RESORT

We loved having a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and a patio overlooking the gardens. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The staff were attentive and professional, and from check-in onward they made us feel wonderfully cared for. The setting at Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach in Tegernsee is beautiful and peaceful, with an elegant but welcoming feel. Its excellent spa has everything you need to relax and recharge. A lovely place for a quiet getaway with a touch of luxury.

We took the free bikes down to the lake and had it to ourselves for swimming and paddle boarding. Back at the hotel, the spa was lovely, especially the outdoor pools and sauna, and it never felt crowded. The service was lovely too. There were great food options, though they were pricey. It was also easy to walk into town for a meal. Incredible hotel.

I felt misled and financially taken advantage of after booking this hotel through your platform. The price was clearly shown when I booked, but just a few hours later I was told it had changed and I would have to pay more. That sudden increase felt deeply unsettling and unfair, especially since I had trusted the platform to show consistent, transparent pricing. Then at checkout, the hotel charged an extra fee for a third guest. The room type on the hotel's homepage said it accommodated up to three people, and neither the booking details nor the policies mentioned an extra-person charge. I left feeling more like a target than a guest, and that felt like a betrayal of trust. Please give this urgent attention and review the hotel's listing and practices. Don’t book through booking.

We stayed here with our children and had a great experience. The hotel is close to the lake, and the spa and restaurants were excellent. There’s Italian, Japanese, Bavarian, German, and international food. Axel Mahnkopf was especially kind and always smiling. He moved between the restaurants, helping everyone and looking after guests so cheerfully. Thank you for the warm service. There’s also a lower bar called Mizo Bar. The guy there makes cocktails that are out of this world.
