Hotel Filderhof Reutlingen

I’ve stayed here twice now, and both times everything worked really well for me. It’s a good place for a short stay. The hotel is 10-15 min on foot from the main train station and 10 min from the ZOB (central bus station). Check-in outside the hotel works really well too.

Online check-in is nice and convenient. But you can’t find parking spots, even if you pay for one. At that price per night per room, I think breakfast could be included.

The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel is very nice. Whenever I called, the service staff were helpful and pleasant, and they helped me very quickly.

I stayed at Hotel Filderhof Reutlingen between February 3rd and 4th. I checked in at 15:30 on February 3rd, then left at 9:30 on February 4th after calling to say I’d left my hotel card. I went to Stuttgart Airport at 12:00 that day and flew back to my country at 16:30. The hotel later messaged me claiming I’d stayed for two nights and paid for 1 night. I was in Germany for 1 day, yet somehow managed the impossible and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and had plenty of problems, but never anything like this. If you stay here, apparently you have to accept their double or nothing philosophy.
