I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but I’ve never had an owner look after a guest quite like this. During Ramadan, she paid close attention to my fasting schedule and made sure I had a meal ready at the right time to break my fast. The food was delicious, and I looked forward to it each day. Her kindness made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my stay. I wanted to thank her publicly for the generosity and effort she put in. It made the experience really special and memorable. If you get the chance to stay at her hotel, I recommend it. The welcome is warm, and the food is some of the best I’ve tasted. Thank you for everything!

I’ve used this hotel several times as a halfway stop on the way to the Alps, and it suits road trips perfectly. The owners are kind and clearly put a lot of heart into what they do. Check-in can take a while, so be patient. I don’t mind slowing down and enjoying the pace.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the owner gave us maps for France. When we mentioned we had a child, she upgraded our room. Such thoughtful service and attention. It’s the coziest hotel I’ve ever visited.

We chose this cozy hotel for a visit to Strazburg, about a 30-minute drive away. The room was comfortable and big enough, and breakfast was very good, especially the omelette.

8/10
The owners are very pleasant and friendly, which made it easier to overlook some missing things. The hotel is quite run down: a few rooms are okay, while others need freshening up. The TVs are old, with only a handful of channels, and the internet is poor.
