We spent one night here and I really liked the cozy atmosphere, the style, and how personal the service felt. Having dinner here was the best choice for the evening. The food was seasonal and very tasty, and we had a nice view of the garden. The one thing I didn't understand was why they no longer have a Michelin recommendation, since they had one in 2019.

The hotel rooms are lovely too, and I happened to stay there. The food is amazing, especially the Summer Salad, which I can recommend, and it arrives quickly. Service is excellent and personal, with real effort made to meet guests' needs. The cozy backyard is a lovely setting as well. I highly recommend this place!

The garden and rooms are beautiful, and the food is delicious. It's a very cozy, lovely hotel, and the staff are the nicest and most caring I've ever come across. Such a welcoming, genuine place. I really recommend it!

A memory of my stay came back to me a couple of years later, and that smoked salmon and horseradish soup was SUPERB! The food was as good as the top restaurants I go to around Dallas/Fort Worth, and the hospitality made the whole experience a pleasure I still miss. I also really enjoyed chatting with the owner as he made his way around the bar/restaurant area. If I could pick somewhere to take my wife for an annual getaway, this place would be near the top of my list.
