The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, though the place felt smaller than I expected. It seems better suited to toddlers: our 4-year-old lost interest pretty quickly. Pony rides last only a couple of minutes rather than taking you along a longer route. We’ll probably return with our youngest when he’s 1-2 years old.

We spent the weekend there with our 5-year-old and 3-year-old. The kids were thrilled to ride the horses, feed the goats, and play on the playground. Our room was nice, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. We’d definitely recommend it.

The kids had plenty to do, with animals to feed, ponies to ride, and several playgrounds and play areas in a safe setting. Kinderbauernhof Marienhof is a well-kept farm, and the staff are really friendly and relaxed. We had a great family weekend and would recommend it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. Breakfast was fairly complete, with muesli, bread, butter, jam, yogurt, and eggs. Dinner is usually a typical German Abendbrot, with bread, cold cheese, and ham. The food was okay, but lunch was the weak spot. There’s only a small kiosk with a few options, like hamburgers, hot dogs, and corn on the cob.

You can feed and touch some of the animals, and the prices are fair. The place itself is fairly small, but overall it was okay.

There were very few animals.
