We had a lovely two days here during the autumn holidays, with two weeks to go. Breakfast was tasty, and the view of the lake and castle Neusweistein was lovely. We also tried the panoramic sauna and swam in the lake. We’ll definitely come back in summer to enjoy the bikes and water attractions. Thank you.

We had a delightful stay during the midterm break with my daughter. We picked a family room, which was quite spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and the view was amazing. It’s a perfect spot for nature walks. The one downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center, so you need a car or bike.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and spoke great English. We loved staying here. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the well-designed sauna building looks across the lake toward Neuschwanstein castle.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with eggs cooked fresh and cappuccino too. We also enjoyed the sauna overlooking the lake, plus the playroom for kids and the exercise room. Even with mist over the water, we could catch glimpses of Neuschwanstein, and the lake view was gorgeous. I tried booking through AirBnb but kept running into errors, so I contacted the hotel manager through the app. She was very accommodating and held a room for us even though we couldn't make a reservation. I've traveled to many places, and this hotel was in my top 10 because of the exceptional service. Five stars don't really do it justice. A wonderful stay.
