I’d gladly pay €20 a day to use the gym, but €34 feels crazy. It’s a shame it can’t be booked separately. As a guest in the apartments, a five-day tournament visit would mean paying €170 just to go five times, even though the gym is empty. I understand wellness is included, but please offer more flexibility for guests who care about the gym. If you change the pricing, I’ll update this to 5 stars.

The wellness area and outdoor pool were amazing, and the design and views from the new spa area were breathtaking. Local management was attentive and quick to respond to what we needed. We also enjoyed dinner, and there was a wide choice at the breakfast buffet. We stayed in January 2026 and had an excellent experience.

The spa treatments were already fully booked, apparently because only two employees were available. For a hotel this size, that’s unacceptable, and it’s hard to call this a wellness hotel when guests can’t access a central part of the experience. The breakfast didn’t taste fresh, either. In the rooms, there was no lotion, shampoo, or conditioner, and robes and slippers weren’t provided. Guests had to pay extra to get those basics for the spa and pool, despite the hotel promoting a wellness stay. For a 4 star hotel, the comfort, service, and hospitality fell below the standard we expected. We won’t return. Future guests may want to bring their own robes, slippers, and toiletries to avoid extra charges.

We stay here whenever we travel home over Christmas. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is phenomenal, and parking is free. It’s also in a quiet area. Definitely worth the price.

There’s a dedicated section in the underground garage for bikes, with charging for eBikes too. We came looking for somewhere green and peaceful to rest and relax, and found just that here. The service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.
