The only small downside was seeing senior staff being visibly rude to younger co-workers in front of guests. If a younger assistant takes a bit longer with the reception computer, we don't mind. A little patience gives them room to learn. Apart from that, we had a fantastic stay at a great hotel beside the Ems. Highly recommended!

Food, service, cleanliness and location were all great. The noise insulation was the problem. My room faced the parking area, so I heard cars, people and the parking door, as well as doors closing in other rooms. I was glad I'd brought earplugs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the venue and service were excellent. I was there for an external training class on a business trip, with my company booking Lind Hotel. It's also near the inner town, where you can wander around and look at some cute old houses.

Breakfast was first class, and the beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were serviced daily, with quality towels and linen. Special thanks to Andreas, who looked after us for two of the three meals we enjoyed in the restaurant. We highly recommend this excellent hotel and give it 5 stars. Joanne & Robert Australia
