The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with no stale air smell, and the beds are very comfy. WiFi worked very well, and parking is available outside or beside the hotel. Late arrivals can check in at the machine by the entrance. If there's a problem, you can call the number on it, and they speak good basic English. The centre of Rietberg is an easy walk, around 20 minutes away, with restaurants and a nice, quiet evening atmosphere. There's also a big Netto market about 10 minutes on foot. Big coaches can park on the street. The hotel is very nice, but there's no breakfast, just a vending machine.

The rooms are excellent, modern, very clean and great value for money. Check-in is fully automatic, but painfully slow. You're standing at the machine for at least 10 minutes, entering answers to irrelevant questions. I gave service one star because nobody was working there, so I can't really rate it.

I was robbed during my stay, which was very upsetting and unacceptable. I also found the extra charges for internet access and parking misleading, since the description said those services were free. The woman working in the office was very rude to me, and I felt she was unsuitable for her position. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and organization at the hotel. I am the administrator of the electronic version registered at the hotel.
