Iglu Camp Triolago

We only passed through for a short stop, so I can't really rate the whole place. We did try the coaster, though, and it was worth it. For our family of four, the €29 deal for ten rides was the best option. We only rode twice and used eight tickets, but it still worked out well. The two restaurants looked great, and the water sports make us want to come back and camp here someday. For directions, search for the pictured hotel. We parked at the bottom and had no trouble with the eight-minute uphill walk.

There’s a lake and lovely scenery around the campsite, but the place itself didn't feel charming to us. Some of the sanitary facilities were okay, while others weren't. It was also too packed, noisy, and crowded for us as minimalist van campers. Maybe it's better suited to people staying year-round or travelling with big caravans. We spent one night and weren't given the magnetic card needed to drive in and out, so we had to wait for the barrier to be opened before leaving. It felt a bit like being in a cage. The site isn't necessarily bad, and plenty of people may find it just right. It's simply a different kind of camping.

We only stopped there overnight during our river cruise.
