We stayed in the holiday apartment for ten days, and leaving was hard. The rooms were comfortable, with quality furnishings in both the bathroom and kitchen, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. You can walk to the town centre and the nicest parks in just a few minutes. We'll definitely return.

The breakfast buffet is so varied that I think anyone could find something to suit their morning routine. The rooms are spacious and quite nice, and ours had a fan. There was free WiFi, coffee at reception, and complimentary tea with a kettle in the room.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and you could get it from 07:00. The staff were kind and helpful, always up for a chat and a laugh. Ask the owners if you want a good tip about the nearby area. I'd happily book here again if I visit Gießen.

My Lufthansa flight was cancelled because of the strike, so I flew to Dusseldorf instead of Frankfurt, arriving with a big delay. After a long train trip with two changes, I got to the hotel at 3 a.m., exhausted. I hadn't been able to contact the hotel, but the door was shut and the doorbell didn't work. It was a very cold night, and my phone had died after the long airport wait. Luckily, a nearby gas station helped by calling me a taxi, and Best Western didn't leave me freezing outside. The hotel still charged me for the room today. This is the most unprofessional hotel in the world. Shame on you.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the city centre is an easy walk away. It's a convenient spot for business in Giessen. The hotel is quite old, but well maintained and acceptable for this price range.
