The train station is about a 15-minute bus ride away, so getting there is convenient. The hotel is very nice, the staff are welcoming, and breakfast is good.

We really enjoyed our winter stay with the family. The rooms were warm, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful every morning. Our German wasn’t very good, but the staff spoke English, which helped a lot. I’d certainly stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, and reception is really kind. I wasn’t keen on the bed because it was too soft, though that’s a matter of taste.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast made the hotel fine for one night. I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay, though. It needs modernizing: there are only two outlets, both far from the bed and living area, and the soft mattress has seen better days. It’s OK overall, but there’s room for improvement.

The owner is very helpful, and I’d stay again if I weren’t travelling for work. It’s a good self-catering hotel, but not ideal for business travellers. Amenities are too far away if you want a drink with dinner.
