Hotel Rodgau

The worst part was how we were treated. We were really disappointed by the service and the lack of empathy, and the way the staff handled things felt unprofessional. Calling it customer service is hard to justify. It was the worst hotel experience of our lives, and the people managing the place need to learn how to run a hotel and treat guests. Is this the kind of communication you’d expect from a hotel, restaurant, or post office? Have you had this kind of experience elsewhere? The hotel is in an industrial area, right behind a company that moves large containers. Work there starts at 6 am, so expect noise. We were told by workers that the hotel is still being built and will likely remain under construction for at least another year. The top two floors are closed to guests while work continues, and there’s noise from that too. There’s no reception, coffee shop, or other services. Just an old washing machine and dryer, and each one costs 3€ to use.
