We came back for a second stay in December, this time for three days, and enjoyed it again. Being able to bring our dog was a big reason we chose the Alles Paletti hotel. There’s a natural walking area behind the hotel, and dogs can come along to the Karl's attraction, so we never had to leave her by herself. It’s also handy for a city trip to Rostock or Wismar, or a visit to Graal-Müritz by the Baltic Sea. The rooms are comfortable and each one has its own look.

The little train that takes you to breakfast is super cool :) We kept spotting new, fun details in the room throughout our stay, and really loved the whole experience.

Once Karls Erlebnis-Dorf closes, there’s nowhere else on site to get food or drinks apart from a vending machine. There’s no restaurant in the hotel either, and breakfast is served in Karls Elebnis-Dorf. They even run a special train from the hotel to the breakfast restaurant in the morning, which is a fun touch. For families visiting Karls, though, this place is perfect. The whole room is fun for kids, from the playful decor to the high beds you reach by a ladder. My kids love waking up, looking out the window, and seeing the rides at Karls Erlebnis-Dorf. It’s a really nice, child-friendly hotel right beside it. For other guests, it might not be as useful.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is convenient for a visit to Karls or a day trip to the nearby beaches. It’s a pretty place, with a really unique look thanks to all the upcycled objects in the decor.
