The place is tucked into a lovely, quiet spot surrounded by nature. We were greeted warmly by a friendly host, and the whole guesthouse feels comfortable, like home. You can tell it’s run and decorated with a lot of care.

Our apartment at Gästehof Schild was lovely, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, and we felt at home there with our dogs. The owners were so welcoming and warm. Breakfast was a real highlight, absolutely fantastic. We’d happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it! 🐾✨🥐☕️💛

We shared one of the spacious apartments among four of us during a 10-night work trip, when we were exhibiting at the IAA 2018. There were two bathrooms, and we appreciated the family feel and the good breakfast. The owner made a real effort to look after guests. Our room was clean, and parking was free.
