A great place to rent a cottage for a weekend or longer. It's surrounded by forest, and there are historical places just a short drive away. You can check it out on Airbnb, for example.

It's extremely peaceful here. Just be aware there's no phone connection or internet, which is a bit inconvenient if you need to make a call or anything.

Our holiday was peaceful, thanks to the time of year we stayed.

The cottage itself was fine, with excellent beds, a shower, a kitchen, and even a washing machine. Getting to D16 was quite a challenge if you're not as fit as I am, since nearly all the paths are uphill. There's not much to do in the park, and it didn't match what the bungalowspecials website advertised. The indoor pool is small and has no lighting, and it costs €4 per person to use. A fitness room was advertised too, but it only had two old, worn-out machines. There's no Wi-Fi in the park apart from reception and the restaurant, and reception elsewhere is very poor. I won't be back.

Read everything carefully before booking. The website photos don't all show the park, and the outdoor swimming pool, for example, isn't there at all. WiFi only works at reception; elsewhere, you're lucky to get any signal. The cottage itself was okay, though we didn't find it especially clean.
