Alpina Hotel

Getting to the city from here is inconvenient, and there’s nowhere nearby to eat. The lobby is gross, and there’s rarely anyone at the desk. Check-in was difficult, and it’s not clear this is a separate hotel from the other Alpina Home. The place feels badly run and unprofessional. They don’t give refunds under any circumstances. Don’t book unless you’re desperate.

I paid for a whole apartment, but got a small hotel room with no services instead. The staff were unfriendly and badly mannered. I’m completely unsatisfied. It’s a shame this is advertised on booking.com.

For 74 euro, I got a room under 10 sqm. The interior was old and outdated, and the owner was unfriendly. It wasn’t worth the price. Rosenheim has plenty of other hotels, so choose one of those.

The room was filthy and disgusting, and I couldn’t sleep because people were shouting all night. There was no breakfast or food, and the place felt very unwelcoming. I found germs on the bed, weed in the wardrobes, and stray dogs and cats around the property. A rat climbed out of my toilet, which was totally disgusting. No one speaks English at all. At the end, there were four men outside with cameras, and I felt very afraid.
