We were locked out when our room keycard stopped working, and spent about an hour and a half trying to get help. We called seven different numbers before anyone finally answered and said they’d send someone. The guy who arrived seemed clueless and had an attitude. He told us to use the self-check-in system, but that doesn’t work for anyone. Then he asked, “Whose problem is this?” It’s your hotel, so sort it out. There was nobody around, and the emergency numbers didn’t work either. Some safety setup.

It’s in a quiet spot away from the noise, not far from the center, and there’s free parking within the hotel grounds. The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly. The hotel feels almost new, with a clean room, modern bathroom, and air conditioning you can set to your preference. A great location.

A nice hotel on the outskirts of Munich, with easy check-in, plenty of parking, a Tesla super charger, and good internet.

The hotel is pleasant, though it’s out in an economic area rather than the city center. It’s handy for the highway exit, and parking in the garage is free. My room was nice and had a kitchenette, but you have to get kitchenware from reception. It’s enough for making noodles or soup, though you’ll need to bring ingredients, including salt. The restaurant has a small menu, and what they do serve is quite good. Salads are just okay, and none of the three desserts, brownie, ice cream, or chocolate mousse, lived up to my expectations. The rooftop bar is nice, but it doesn’t stay open all year.

My 8-year-old son and I stayed one night on April 8, 2022, and really enjoyed it. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, and chef Patrick was brilliant. Breakfast the next morning was very nice too. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.
