BRIGHT - Rosenheim Aicherpark

The apartment was bright, spacious, and had plenty of storage. The bed was super comfortable, and I was glad there was AC. It’s near an industrial area, but restaurants and grocery stores are an easy 10-minute walk away. The tiny kitchen had good equipment, and the complimentary coffee and tea were appreciated. I couldn’t figure out the microwave/convection oven or induction stove, which I’m not familiar with, and there were no instructions, though I could have googled it. Our room faced the train station, but the soundproofing was so good we didn’t hear a thing. There’s free parking on site. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and I’d recommend it.

The layout is appealing, the apartment is modern and very nice, and the bathroom is spacious. One roller shutter was broken, so we couldn’t cover two floor-length windows. We reported it straight away, but it wasn’t fixed during our five-day stay. The balcony in this particular apartment also looks directly into another apartment, which isn’t a nice view.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at BRIGHT. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully kept, with everything we needed: cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, plus teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. They even left a little candy gift on the bed, and the towels and bedding smelled fresh. Customer service was excellent, too. Any question or issue was handled immediately by email, and sending a photo of a problem got it addressed straight away. It made the whole stay stress-free. The train station is right outside, and there are several convenient stores about a seven-minute walk away, including Aldi and Burger King. There’s also a lovely lake area for a relaxing stroll. Parking now has a fee, but we didn’t pay during our stay because the policies were still being updated. If you cook, open the windows, since the provided information says setting off the fire alarm could mean a fine of €250 to €2500. My boyfriend and I would definitely stay here again. It’s a comfortable, convenient apartment studio with top-notch service.
