The pool and spa are wonderful, and the view from the spa and the location are fantastic. It's a lovely place for families, with nice staff and decent food for them. The rooms are small and were quite cold. They didn't heat up, and it took us two days to get them warm. The bathroom is also more or less open, so privacy is lacking.

I love aja as a relaxing place to get away, and the front desk staff are great. But I booked the wrong tickets because their online system wasn't working. The employees knew about the problem and were kind, though they couldn't fix it. We bought extra tickets in person, which was fine, and the staff member told me to email customer service right away to get a refund for the other tickets. I've sent four emails and still haven't heard back, so I'm out 62 euros. The people behind the scenes have provided terrible customer service.

The sea side setting was beautiful, and the staff were so lovely. The place is modern, clean, and works well for everyone. The kids' pool and the parents' saunas were top quality. It was a great spot for two worn out parents and our energetic 2 year old. We'll be back.

We could spend the whole day walking around this sea facing area, with lovely views. The hotel itself has a great location and lots of facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The outdoor pool looks out to sea, and the restaurant has a great view of the sea and sunset. Breakfast was great too, with an egg station where they cook to order. The only downside was the noise at night. It was warm and there was no AC, so we had to leave the window open and a lot of noise came in. Everything else about the stay was amazing.
