I visited the hotel's restaurant in October 2020 with a friend, though I didn't stay at the hotel. She had a two-month-old baby and wanted a private place to sit and breastfeed. The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 4 pm, and my friend ordered a schorle. The staff understood why we'd come and didn't even charge her for the drink. It might seem like a small thing, but I felt they showed real empathy and humanity toward the difficulties of a young mom. Kudos to the staff. It took me a while to work out the hotel's name from Google Maps, so this review is late. Support this hotel at all cost!

The hotel is rather old, though the rooms are spacious and big. Breakfast was disappointing: hard-boiled eggs were the only hot food available. There was no internet in the room, only in the lobby, where there were just two chairs to sit on.

The service was just what we needed, and breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. We were there for a short break and loved the cozy, spacious, spotless room. It was a great stay, and we’d happily come back.

As of February 2026: there wasn’t a power outlet for charging a PC or mobile, so bring a 230V Schuko power strip. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, and the beds were stiff, with sticky, stained surfaces. The duvet was tucked into its cover instead of being knotted.
