Quiet, clean and spacious, with good value for money. The bed was comfortable, though its wooden frame squeaks a little.

Our Comfort Double Room No. 6 on the first floor is lovely and bright, with fresh turquoise, gray and white colors, a comfortable bed, and everything in good working order. It was spotless when we arrived yesterday, and we've felt very comfortable here. The bathroom is small but chic. The guesthouse is at Querstraße 1, between Alexandrinenstraße and the old river. The street is narrow, which makes it very quiet. There are two large windows, plus a third above the seating area that looks out toward the old river and gets the morning sun. In the hallway, there's a shared kitchenette with an oven, toaster and coffee maker. Each of the three rooms also has its own lockable fridge compartment, a thoughtful setup. It's easy to get around on foot: the station and Edeka supermarket are 5 minutes away, and the beach is 7 minutes away. A great place to relax.

Apartment number 7 had plenty of room for our family with two children, and we felt at home straight away. It was very clean, tastefully furnished, and all the little details seemed covered. The electronic door lock worked perfectly too.

The shared kitchen was a real highlight, with plenty of space, and the mini-fridge in the room was handy too. The rain shower was lovely, and we liked the colors throughout. My child and I spent two wonderful weeks in apartment number 4. It was clean, nicely presented, had everything we needed, and all of it worked well. The building sits a little back from the S-Bahn station, so it's quiet, but the beach and shops are still easy to reach. Check-in and check-out using the code were simple. The apartment was excellent value: a hotel room nearby costs twice as much and has no kitchen, which matters when you're travelling with children and want to make a quick meal.
