The room felt cozy and bright, with good quality wooden furniture, and the hotel is close to the city centre. It’s a five-minute walk to the tram station. I was satisfied with my stay, though I did wish the room had been a bit more spacious.

The holiday flat they gave me at no extra cost was beautiful and cosy, and the hotel itself was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and was quickly connected to the centre. The service was friendly, but really unreliable. I’d booked by phone and email, mainly to make sure breakfast was included. A week after they confirmed it, I arrived and they had no record of my booking. They also said breakfast was only available during the summer period. The flat had a kitchen, but no plates or bowls to eat from. There was no cable between the DVD and TV, no power cord for the bedside lamp, and the fridge ran nonstop without cooling. When I mentioned those things, the staff didn’t seem shocked. Even though I’d arranged to settle the bill a day ahead, I still spent half an hour chasing someone down to pay when I left. They were friendly, at least.

We were surprised by how good it was inside. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the room was meticulously clean, tidy, and fresh. Great for an overnight stay or a couple of days. Strongly recommended! 👍

It gets super warm, and the gigantic pillows make trying to sleep miserable. The service was bad too. Go here if you like sweating through the night with huge pillows.

The room was clean and nice, and breakfast was okay. Check-in was a little tricky. We stayed one night and would use it again.
