The evening staff were unprofessional and not very helpful, which really dragged down the stay. The rooms felt basic, with little comfort or in-room amenities for the rate. I expected better service and better-equipped rooms at that price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make some serious improvements.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the railway station and taxis are just a one-minute walk away. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff spoke great English. I’ll use it again.

It worked really well for what I needed, and the price was reasonable. The room was very spacious, though a little basic, which is what you’d expect from a cheaper hotel. It’s very close to the main station and the StadtHalle venue, and from the station it’s easy to get into town or out to the coast.

The room was a bit small, but otherwise it was okay. Prices were reasonable, the staff were friendly, and the location was great.

The room was clean, breakfast decent, and the staff friendly. The location next to the Rostock train station is great. I did find it odd that a building that seems so new has no air conditioning. The window opened fully, though, and let cool air in overnight. It was still warmer than I’d have liked, but perhaps that’s a more eco-friendly choice.
