Right in the center of warnemuende, this place is clean and friendly, with simple, affordable rooms. Breakfast is basic but fine, and they take the common credit cards. Booking was flexible too.

The whole house smells lovely, and the landlords were so friendly and helpful. It's right in the center but still pleasantly quiet. In the apartment, everything is explained on a laminated sheet, and the details have clearly been thought through. It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with stylish hallway lighting that made a special impression as soon as we arrived. Our stay was short, but we loved it and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't book with this provider. I was arranging a trip with my mother, who needs certain conditions, including accessibility, after a stroke, so I contacted the landlord directly. They were friendly at first and assured me several times that the booking was binding. But the confirmation never came, even after I followed up repeatedly. After a long back and forth, I finally got an invoice with incorrect details. When I asked them to fix it, the landlord canceled the booking without explaining or trying to work it out. I called afterward and the conversation was very unfriendly. I was even insulted, which I found completely unacceptable and hard to understand. If you need reliability and consideration, I'd strongly advise against booking here.
