We sat outside on a September evening, and the mild breeze made for a nice atmosphere. The pork burrito tasted mild, but you could add hot sauce to give it more kick. I also had a beer with lemonade.

The tacos were delicious, and I loved the strawberry margaritas and churros too. There are lots of different tequilas, with a detailed description of each one on the menu. This Mexican restaurant was amazing, the best Mexican food I’ve had in my nine months in Germany.

Rote Hahn was my favorite of the five restaurants I tried over the past week. The crowd was great, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. They brought water for my dog and got a stool for my little baby right away. I only had to lift my hand to shoulder height before someone came over to take my order. Loved it!

Lunch was great, and the prices were good too. We had pork knuckle with potato dumplings and a platter of three sausages, plus a 1L beer and a 0.5L radler. The total came to €32.

The only real drawback was the slow WiFi. Otherwise, this is a well-kept, cozy, family-friendly place, right in the center of town with plenty of parking and everything you need nearby. It’s a nice place to stay for a family vacation.
