I paid for a double room but was given a single room. When I asked the front desk, she replied in a cold tone, “You are paid for a single use, so you get a single room and one set of towels only.” That really annoyed me. I’d paid for a double room, not a single, and people can tell the difference between them. This felt like a cold hotel with no consideration. Other guests might want to think again before booking here.

The staff were friendly and bilingual, and the meals were plentiful. The beds were large, not two pushed together, and there was good water pressure with plenty of hot water. The hotel is just off the town square, next to the town wall, which you can climb and walk along.

We stayed one night and had a great view of the city walls and towers. The location is perfect, close to the town square. There’s no reception after 10, so you need a key card to get in.

A nice hotel in a good spot, just inside the city center near a gate in the wall. The city is awesome and definitely worth a visit. If you're arriving by car, pay attention to any event that might close the center to cars. There's no hotel parking, even in front of the hotel. We got a fine for parking there, but that was our fault for not checking. Everything else was okay, though the shower in one of our rooms wasn't working. It was too late to report when we noticed, so we told them at checkout in the morning. Some consumables were empty, and there wasn't even a small bottle of water. You have to buy one from the restaurant downstairs, which closes around 9..10 PM.
