The landlady is lovely, and the breakfast buffet is amazing for this kind of guesthouse. Everything is kept very clean. Such a well-run place, we’ll be back!

The owners are always happy to chat and are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, but have everything you need, and we felt very comfortable there. It’s a great place to relax and switch off from everyday life. We’ll definitely stay with them again.

We were visiting for a family celebration and arrived late, but checking in through the key safe worked out fine. The guesthouse is in a village just outside Rott, with a lovely view across Bauenhof to the mountains. It’s idyllic, and you can hear the rooster in the morning. Our room was beautiful and modern. There’s a fridge in the hallway with regional beer and non-alcoholic drinks on the honor system, plus a modern shared kitchen guests can use if needed. The hosts were friendly, breakfast was good, and included farm eggs and homemade jams. We’d gladly come back...

We stopped here on our way home to Berlin. It’s a really nice guesthouse in a small town or village, with very new, clean, modern rooms. There’s a shared kitchen, and breakfast is available there, including milk from the farmer across the street. Around the area we saw cows, sheep, horses, and chickens.
