The atmosphere at the Bömitz Manor added to the chance to unwind, and the hikes were varied and thoughtfully planned, with plenty of time to enjoy nature. I was thrilled with my fasting hike there. The service was warm, capable, and attentive throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend the Bömitz Manor fasting hike, it was a lovely experience for body and mind! 🥾✨🌿💚

The massages were fantastic, and I really appreciated the atmosphere, guidance, and tips from the staff. Care was thorough, and everything had been arranged with love, right down to the smallest details. The fasting week was a very positive experience for me, and the whole week was truly wonderful. The hiking routes were brilliantly picked, and I got to see parts of Usedom I hadn't known before. The house has real charm, and the quiet made this a wonderful place to fast and relax. Everything was simply lovely. I'd love to come back.

The old trees give the park a mystical feel, and the building has a charm of its own. It’s a lovely place to slow down and fast mindfully. The fasting week is very well organized, with comprehensive support, and the tours through the Usedom hinterland are beautiful.

The care we received was excellent, and I’m grateful for the insight that I should fast on my own from now on. The drives to the hiking trails took a bit too much time, though, and the Baltic Sea is especially far away. I personally wasn’t impressed by the rooms or the bathroom.
