The breakfast was good, and the place works well for a weekend away. The rooms themselves were nothing special.

We only needed somewhere to sleep, and the room did the job for one night. The furniture is very dated, the shower head leaks, and the lamps above the bed are loose. I wouldn’t expect luxury, and I thought the parking charge was exorbitant.

We were three people staying in two rooms, and both were very clean. As smokers, we appreciated having chairs and tables outside each room. We also booked a space right in front of the hotel, which worked perfectly. Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone was friendly.

The furnishings are simple, but it was very clean and centrally located. The staff were friendly, and breakfast can cater to people with allergies, with special requests possible too. Highly recommended.

The food was very good and the rooms were clean, but the bed was far too small, even for people who aren’t overweight.
