We had a very good stay and will definitely return. The property is six minutes on foot from the Europa Park entrance, and it was very clean and new. We arrived an hour early and received a warm welcome. Cleaning was done in the morning. The only letdown was the barbecue description: it’s actually in a shared designated area on the other side of the village. We’d bought meat, so that was a shame. Thanks, Nicole. I recommend the place.

The warm welcome was perfect, and we have no complaints. We stayed in a comfortable, modern apartment about a five-minute walk from the park. We’ll keep the address in mind for another visit.

We booked four nights at “Schorschi” directly through the owner’s website. Ingrid was friendly and helpful, communication with the owner was easy, and parking is at the house. It’s a short walk to Europa-Park, with an electric vehicle charging station within walking distance too. The bathroom is large and the apartment has underfloor heating. There were some practical issues. We had to send a follow-up message to get the right number of towels. The walls are thin and it’s very noisy. The beds creak when you move, and the thin, hard mattresses were uncomfortable. The pillows are so oversized you could sleep sitting up. “Schorschi” feels furnished without much care: the second bedside lamp shown in the photo is missing, the clock has no battery, and little details are overlooked. The bathroom mirror is much too small and hangs at eye level. There were no tissues, kitchen towels, or regular scissors either. If all you need is a roof over your head and a cheap place, it may suit you. For more than two nights, I’d recommend a better-equipped, more lovingly furnished apartment.

A magnificent, very nice apartment, clean and new, with really good equipment. It can accommodate at least six people and is about a five to ten minute walk from Eurpapark. I recommend it!
