The room was hot, unclean, and full of roaches and other bugs. The owners blamed us for the condition and then made threats, which made our time outside the park miserable. We’d come as a family for Europa Park, but the owner got angry when we returned late from the park. They were extremely disrespectful and seemed to care only about the money. We intend to pursue legal action, and the owner shouldn’t be allowed to keep renting rooms to others.

The owner was rude and no help at all, and seemed annoyed that we were there. The room was disgusting, full of roaches and other bugs. They appeared focused on money and tried to find any reason to charge us extra. Terrible experience!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

For the price and location, I have zero complaints. The room was clean and had everything you need, and breakfast was basic but more than enough. There were takeaway menus for dinner, plus drinks in the fridge at fair prices that you could pay for at checkout. Great prices, good location. We loved it and will be back.

Europa-Park is an easy walk, about 20 minutes away, and the accommodation is in a very quiet area. The owners were friendly, communicated well in advance, and were flexible about our late arrival. The rooms were clean, with fresh towels, and there was a free breakfast selection. Good value for money, highly recommended.

Both Rulantica and Europa-Park were within easy walking distance, so the location was perfect. The food was lovely, and the beds and towels were serviced daily. We’d love to return. Thank you!
