MOXY Rust

The location is a real plus: park at the hotel and walk straight to Europa-Park, no car needed. After a full day of rides and overstimulated kids, it's an easy trip back. Breakfast was good, and there’s plenty for younger guests to do, so it works well for families. The staff deserve an MI6 commendation. When the heating in our family room went rogue, they calmly moved us into two separate rooms. Then one of those rooms had a sink with a secret agenda. Through it all, the team stayed friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are standard Moxy, modern and functional, though they seem a little prone to plot twists. That's what keeps this from being a perfect four-star stay. If James Bond took the kids to Europa-Park, this would be an almost perfect HQ. I'd happily give it four stars if the rooms weren't occasionally auditioning for a Bond subplot. The rating was a very respectable 3.8.

There’s free parking in a nice underground garage, and the staff were very helpful. The Moxy is right down the road from Rulantica. Breakfast for Titanium members cost extra, just 7 euros per adult, and was very nice. I’d suggest adding more pillows, a coffee maker, and a fridge to the rooms.

We arrived late, after food service had stopped, but the welcoming staff happily pointed us to nearby takeaway options. The room was clean and really comfortable. Moxy Rust is also in a great spot for Europa park, with the bus stop for transfers to Ringsheim train station close by. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Moxy, thanks for a really nice stay. The shower was good, and there are lots of facilities downstairs, including a microwave, plus a small gym. The room didn't have a kettle or cutlery, and it could maybe use more bin space.
