It's well placed near the main train station and city center, so it works for tourists and business trips alike. My room was clean, comfortable, and had good equipment. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had a good selection and quality. Modern feel to the hotel, too.

I used to go here often because it's a good hotel, and I always liked how much choice there was at breakfast. Now the buffet isn't as good, and my favorite, baked tomatoes, are gone. Personally, that means I won't be coming back.

I booked a business twin room, but got this. I stayed for two nights. Around noon on the second day, I asked the front desk to clean the room and was told it had to be booked in advance, so they couldn't do it that day. They said I could get fresh towels when I came back. But when I returned at 20:00, the desk had run out. I asked what I was supposed to do for the night, and the woman just said there was nothing she could do, without apologizing. Worst service I've had.

Check-in was simple, and the reception staff were really friendly. The room was clean and pleasant, with plenty of towels. There was also a handy TV guide explaining how things work and what you can get from the front desk. I had everything I needed and it all worked perfectly. One odd thing, though: why is there such a huge shower window looking into the bedroom?
