I had a horrifying stay in Room 301. After just an hour of sleep, I woke to bed bugs biting me. I found them in the bed and underneath it, then called the hotel's emergency number right away. The response didn't solve anything. They offered no help or alternative room, leaving me in the infested room in the middle of the night. At 1:30 a.m., I had to pack up and leave to look for somewhere else, which was nearly impossible at that hour. I came back the next day expecting to speak with a manager, but nobody came, even though staff knew what had happened. That afternoon, someone who wasn't a senior manager called to say I wouldn't get a refund. They also pleaded with me not to post pictures of the bed bugs, the “special guests” of Room 301. I felt deeply insulted and disrespected. No guest should have to go through something so awful or be treated with such disregard. Guest well-being clearly doesn't seem to be a priority here. I sincerely hope Room 301 has since been closed for proper pest control.

The rooms are basic, but cozy and very well maintained. Breakfast was very nice, with all the options you'd expect. Service was friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the lack of parking.

The location was perfect for bars and restaurants, and we slept well in a small but clean, comfortable room. My husband and I stayed here while cycling across Europe. The room had a TV, fan, and tea and coffee facilities, while the bathroom came with toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and very efficient. Service was excellent.

Clean and cozy, with an excellent mattress. The rooms are very tiny, so I'd mainly consider it for a short stay on your own. Three stars because I don't want to give the wrong impression of the rating, this isn't a four-star hotel.

The town is lovely, and the hotel is very well located in the city. My room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was fantastic.
