Everything you need is close by, including Edeka and Aldi. The place is warm and cozy, with thoughtful furnishings 😊

The basement flat felt very damp and smelled musty. We couldn't sleep properly because a dog howled day and night, while deliveries were brought by wheelbarrow to our basement window every morning at 4:30 AM. The family also complained about other guests. And the Wi-Fi they had promised simply wasn't available.

We were a family with two children and ended up leaving a day early. The room was in terrible shape, with lots of broken things, and there was no Wi-Fi. Every day at 4 a.m. we were woken by a delivery we hadn't been told about. Outside our window, a sick dog kept coughing and wheezing as if it were dying, and after 7 a.m. it was nearly impossible to sleep. For cleaning, all we had was an old rag and a mop, no vacuum cleaner. Owners, please provide proper cleaning supplies, especially a vacuum. Never again!

The landlords were super friendly, and we were really pleased with our stay. We'd love to come back.

The landlords were friendly and the price was reasonable. This was a spacious, large basement apartment, with parking right outside. We could also arrive after 6:00 PM, even at midnight.
