The kids loved the pool, though it takes a two-minute walk from the main building to get there. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and they had gluten-free rolls for my daughter. Our Junior Suite was spacious, with a big double bed and a double sofa bed. The check-in staff were friendly, but didn't give us any information about the resort.

The pool and play park are really good, and the food there was actually fantastic. Our XXL burger and chips was 15 euros, a good price. Drinks were 4.90 for a large, with branded options, which seems normal. The pool could use some TLC, but towels and bath robes are included, and bring a euro for the lockers. In peak season I imagine it gets packed, since it isn't very big. The location is okay if you don't mind mostly farmland, with the coast 20 to 35 minutes away to the north or south. The complex is large, with a main hotel and around 75 holiday houses. We stayed in the main hotel by reception. It's nice, but a bit outdated. Our room had soft beds and good sheets, though the walls are thin. We were on the ground floor, so I guess nobody had to complain about our little ones running around. The shower is old and the floor gets soaked very quickly. The toilet fan didn't work, so the smell was overwhelming, and the soap dispenser and mirror were hanging a little off the wall. Breakfast was included in our price. It was okay, with hot and cold food and a choice of breads. I wouldn't pay extra for it. The evening buffet, though, is a joke at 45 euros per person. They charged half price for kids, but our children are 8 months and 2, and they still wanted half the price for each. Be aware that meal prices seem to change with the season. The staff didn't seem very interested and were somewhat rude. I can understand having to deal with people all day, though. Parking was good, but at 8 euros a night it felt like a scam. They should just include it in the price. The next available parking is in town, around 10 minutes' drive away, so I don't understand charging extra and making you feel robbed. After our stay, I changed my rating from 3 to 2 stars. We sat at the same breakfast table the whole time, and pink eggshells from our first morning were still on the floor. We tried getting breakfast early to beat the rush with two children, but they couldn't keep up. There were no eggs, the food looked like it had been out all night, the meat was grey and the bacon was one lump. Such a disappointment. I just don't see where the 5-star reviews come from. Are they paid? Personally, I wouldn't return. It's a decent place if you just need a bed and breakfast, but I'd only stay if there were nothing cheaper around Binz. If you've got a bit of cash, it's worth staying right in Binz instead.

We'd come back again and again. The staff were friendly, the amenities were excellent, and there was plenty to do for both family and friends over a weekend. My kid quickly made the indoor playground their favorite spot, and the huge pool stayed warm even in winter, so swimming was lovely. The dinner buffet was a bit pricey. The all-inclusive package makes sense if you don't want to leave the resort for lunch or dinner.

The Splash aquapark is just a two-minute walk away, and we'll definitely return in spring with our bicycles. We had half-board at this great countryside hotel. The food was always fresh and delicious, and although drinks aren't included with dinner, the prices are reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Greetings from Poland!

The hotel is far from pretty much everything. The rooms are extremely dirty, with lots of broken things, and the employees are rude and moody. I assume the person speaking to the receptionists as if they were stupid is their 'manager'. It was horrible to see and hear that as a guest.
