Jeglehof

The outdoor area was great for letting the kids run around, and the accommodation was super clean. The Jegle family were incredibly friendly and fulfilled all our wishes. We'd happily stay again anytime!

The apartment was lovely and the welcome friendly, but quite a few things went wrong. On the first night, the bedroom underfloor heating wouldn't turn on, even though it was around freezing outside and we only had a thin summer blanket. We ended up sleeping in our anoraks. The next morning the bathroom was freezing and the shower had no hot water. The coffee machine was badly scaled and took half an hour to make one cup. After I spoke with Ms. Jegle, the following nights were warm, the water heater was switched on, and we got a replacement coffee machine. Still, Ms. Jegle didn't offer even a small discount, so I can only give two stars. Since we booked six months ahead, I think it was reasonable to expect everything to work.

The balcony and thoughtfully arranged outdoor space were lovely, and the apartment itself felt fresh and tastefully furnished. We were greeted so warmly and felt at ease right away. We had a few really relaxing days here. 👍

The terrace apartment was a dream, and Mrs. Jegle made us feel welcome with wine and fresh strawberries. She was so kind and friendly throughout. We spent two wonderful weeks at the Jegle Farm, and we’ll definitely be back in the Lake Constance area. Next time, we’ll stay at the Jegle Farm again.
