Wonderful place.

The handover went smoothly, and the landlady was very friendly. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and quiet, and the price felt right for what we got. We'd happily stay again :-)

Our holiday was seriously disrupted. We only found out when we called to check in that a toilet had suddenly broken, so we couldn't stay in the apartment and never got to see it. The landlord booked a hotel room for us, but unfortunately it didn't work for us. Booking.com then cancelled our reservation, which can be verified.

The service was good, and the place was cozy and pleasant. The price felt fair. A few cosmetic fixes could be made, though that's down to personal taste. Also, the bed's too short for anyone over 1.75 m (5'9"). 😉

At €60 a day, it felt overpriced. The furnishings were incomplete, dated to the 1990s, and looked like a mismatched collection. I also wasn't told clearly where the holiday apartment was, which turned out to be on the grounds of an old barracks.
