I had a nice weekend here. The hotel is right in the beautiful city center, with plenty to see in Salzwedel. The staff were consistently friendly, and the rooms were well kept. Breakfast is included, and the dinner menu has delicious options.

It does what it says. The rooms are basic but clean, and I can recommend it.

We stayed for three days and were extremely disappointed. No one came even once to collect the room's trash. We were told there'd be a double bed, but there wasn't, and the room was extremely small with no mini fridge. Breakfast was very poor and served only from 9 to 10 AM. I also never got any kind of invoice. I don't recommend this hotel. I wasn't allowed to see the room before paying for the whole stay. No one ever asked us anything, and for the first two days we were the hotel's only customers. That says it all.

We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The food was wow, the staff were so friendly, and the atmosphere was amazing. We'll definitely come back.

Our room looked out toward the church, which was lovely. The hotel is close to the town center too 🥰
