Hotel Moment

The prices felt fair for what the hotel offers, and the value for money was a real plus. My room was comfortable and tidy, and the hotel itself was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and ready to help make the stay pleasant. I was very satisfied and would happily stay here again. I can definitely recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay. Parking was available right outside, the service was warm and friendly, and breakfast was good. The room was very good too. We were here for one night while visiting Gödens Castle, about 5 km away, and we'd gladly return.

Breakfast was a letdown, with only the cheapest pre-baked rolls. Check the butter's expiration date. The rooms are extremely soundproof, and when the front door shuts, the noise nearly knocks you out of bed. There is plenty of parking, and the bathroom was huge, though its roller shutter couldn't be used. That's about it for the good points. I was put in the annex, and the front garden looked badly neglected, with much of it being used as an ashtray. The room seemed okay at first, but that didn't last: there was shampoo left in the shower by the previous guest, the sheet was paper-thin and had holes, the grout was moldy, and the sink wasn't clean. The reception is only open in the morning, with no staff there at other times. I was simply disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel is large and close to the city. The room was very nice, with a shower, TV, and WiFi. Staff were welcoming and very friendly.
