The bathroom was a deal-breaker for me: the shower grout, including outside the shower, was badly moldy, and part of the shower enclosure was missing. It apparently dates back to 2020 and is still broken. That’s a shame, because the apartment has real potential, and the room is nicely furnished with some lovely details. But it’s all quite worn: grease stains on the kitchen walls, cracked dishes, a TV that doesn’t work properly, and laminate flooring coming loose.

The room was clean and good, the staff were friendly, and parking was convenient. I took off a point because the shower enclosure was broken, although a repair had been arranged. The frying pan coating was peeling badly too, so it really needs replacing.

The towels and bedding had a very strong nicotine smell, so I took off a star. Apart from that, everything was top-notch: a very nice, superbly equipped apartment with excellent information materials.
