It's wonderfully peaceful here, with birds and seagulls as the main sounds, even though the seaside promenade, cafés and restaurants are close by. The area has lots of greenery and other villas. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and had what we needed. There's a cosy garden for sitting with a glass of wine, and the owner is really kind. Great place to stay in Sassnitz.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the modern, spacious Villa Maria has lovely decor and amazing sea views. We watched the sunrise over the water each morning. It's just a two-minute walk to the seashore and Die Kleine Konditorei, our pick for the best coffee and bakery in town. The main harbor and cliff walk are close, too. We'd highly recommend staying here and plan to return on our next visit to refresh our STCW Basic Safety Training.

We stayed here through Airbnb. It's a very beautiful villa, and the balcony has a great view, including the sunrise.

Free parking right in front of the villa, and the owner was very friendly. It's close to everything. Many rooms have verandas or balconies, as well as kitchenettes and bathrooms, though I can't say if every room does. There's also a lovely, fully equipped single-story cottage with no stairs. Charming place, highly recommend.
