Ferienwohnung Sailor's Cabin

The clean apartment and its good location make it easy to recommend for a few lovely days on the Baltic Sea. We especially liked the quiet but central spot, close to the beach, town and good restaurants. Inside, the modern furnishings, big TV and comfortable couch made for nice evenings, and the box spring bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had the general equipment we needed, and the service and friendliness from Kraushaar Ferienwohnung were great. We mostly ate out, so the dining table being short on space didn't matter much to us. The shower is awkwardly installed: there's enough room once you're in it, but a sturdier person might not be able to open the doors properly because they hit either the toilet or the sink. The bedroom had an inside roller blind instead of an exterior shutter, and it was broken. The caretaker couldn't fix it at short notice because of illness, so the morning sun woke us at 7. It wasn't too bad, though. The neighbors were more frustrating. They sat on the balcony late into the evening, smoking one cigarette after another, which made it impossible to air out the apartment. The bike cellar also isn't suitable for older or less strong people: the slope is steep, and you can't easily push bikes up or down. Because of those last issues, we wouldn't book this apartment again if we were bringing bikes, and would choose a different Kraushaar place. We do trust the value for money and the service.

The apartment is well furnished and very central, with a parking space available for it.
